PRICING
The simplest odour removal jobs start somewhere around €250,00–€300,00. These are simple jobs such as a cat urinating in a corner of the house, or the door peeing at the front door. The more complex jobs average around €800,00.
The total final price depends on the total amount of labor hours, used materials / supplies, and number of dumpsters or boxes of medical waste.
For some jobs the cleaning costs are completely covered by the insurance; the owners association (VvE), or the municipality. If there is an emergency and it’s not clear who will pay for the costs, the bill is usually paid for by the owners association (VvE). Once everything is calm again the owners association investigates whether the costs can be declared somewhere else.

A Dutch chemist called Van Marum was probably the first person to detect ozone gas via smell. In the description of his experiments, he mentioned the notion of a characteristic smell around his electrifier.
However, the discovery of ozone was only just mentioned by name a short time later, in a writing of Schönbein that dates back to 1840. This discovery was presented to the University of München. Schönbein had noticed the same characteristic smell during his experiments, that Van Marum had tried to identify earlier. He called this gas 'ozone', which is distracted from ozein; the Greek word for scent. Generally, the discovery of ozone is ascribed to Schönbein.

Sick building syndrome (SBS) is a common worldwide health concern, where people in a building suffer from symptoms of illness or become infected with chronic disease from the building they work in or reside in.[1] Many cases involving fatalities have been examined involving the deposition of infectious disease bearing particles (vomit, feces, spittle, etc.) throughout a building or structure.
There are NO known bacteria or viruses which are resistant to Ozone and its oxidizing effects.

Is Ozone safe?
Ozone is safe and environmentally friendly.
It is non-combustible, non-carcinogenic, and non-irritating to skin. This is good news to people who clean up excessive amounts of mold using harsh chemicals and detergents. The ozone produced with Ozone generators will not damage home furnishings and will not leave a residue on walls or furnishings.
Ozone does not harm foods and is actually approved
by the FDA as a food preservative because of its ability to kill bacteria and molds.
How does the ozone get behind the walls?
As the generators continue to produce ozone, it forms
a colorless “cloud” throughout the space. Over time, it filters through all porous surfaces, and through vents and spaces to go everywhere there is oxygen present. After several hours the ozone will even find its way behind walls and into all the “hidden” spaces in a home or commercial building. Essentially, if there is air present, the ozone will follow it.
Can cleaning up mold be hazardous to my health?
Yes, according to the California Health Department. During the cleaning process, you may be exposed to mold, strong detergents, and disinfectants. Spore counts may be 10 to 1000 times higher than background levels when mold-contaminated materials are disturbed.
